Im getting a new ipod for christmas and i want to sell my old creative zen micro. it has about 600 songs on it now that i purchased legally and downloaded legally onto it. obviously i could get more money from selling it if i had 600 on it, but i just wanted to make sure it was legal to do this. thanks!

My mom read that some teenagers make money selling mix CD’s they made themselves. I get fed up with the songs they put on mix series like Now That’s What I Call Music! The songs are always the ones they play over and over again on the radio. Is anyone here in this business? I want to know how to get the rights to sell songs and how much I’d have to pay for it.

I was wondering if there was a website that would allow me to sign up for free, upload for free, and then be able to sell my music online, with the added ability to paste a link on other websites to redirect to the selling page.
It is not a problem if the website deducts a certain percentage off the sale price (the site has to make some money!).
Any suggestions?
