I want to sell my external hard drive on Ebay and on the tagline, have that it includes the top 100 Billboard Songs from 1946-2002. Is that illegal?

    yeah if the songs are stolen off the internet its illegal to have them on there, but on ebay nobody is going to care.

    It depends - did you download the songs legally?

    If so, then there is no problem. You own the songs, you can sell them, just like you could sell a CD.

    If you downloaded the songs illegally, then it is illegal.
